What does FIFO stand for?
So glad you asked, because it’s at the core of everything we do; every decision we make, every client we take, every brand we build.
Fifo means: Favor is for others.
We want the work we do, the words we speak, and the actions we take to be a blessing to others. You deserve to have a team you are excited to work with every day.
Our goal is for you to have an experience that invigorates you and your brand.

Richard Jackson
CEO / PRODUCTION
He’s known as “Cap” around here, and he lives, breathes, and eats storytelling, production and strategic marketing. He’s a wizard and the brains behind this entire operation (says Cole).
After a childhood rise to Hollywood stardom, Richard held a career in music for over a decade with his brother, Jonathan Jackson.
He’s rooted in Spring Hill with his saint-of-a-wife, Raquel. He has four little blessings; three girls and one boy.
He loves depressing music, collecting Back to the Future memorabilia, dad jokes, and tries not to eat too much Taco Bell.

Cole Gorman
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
If Richard is the brains of the operation, Cole is the eyes. Graphic Designer, Art Director, Photographer, and now Creative Director are just a few of the titles he has held.
Cole followed his genius wife to Nashville after she accepted her dream job. Not long after, Cole began working as a janitor (seriously) and this is how Cole met Richard. Richard then decided to hire him (seriously). When Cole isn’t creating dynamic brands for clients he’s creating even more dynamic memories with his two beautiful children, one girl and boy.
He loves happy music, the Marvel Universe, bourbon, making fun of Richard’s dad jokes and salads.

Jonathan Thatcher
WEB / DIGITAL
If ever there was a man who inhabited the X factor, it’s this man. Jonathan is our not-so-secret weapon in everything web and digital. We’re not sure if he’s MI6 or an enigmatic rock star. We don’t ask. We just bask in his glorious British accent and brilliant strategies.
Jonathan is married to his beautifully creative wife Joanna and is the frontman for his five incredible children.
He drinks tea, keeps bees, runs marathons and loves what he calls music (and Cole calls interesting).
